In Person Small Group Classes

What's Included

Hosting a small group class in your area must be 15 miles away or less from White Plains NY. For Virtual Classes click here. Typically a few friends or family members like to train together on specific days & times throughout the week. The first time we meet in person or through a video call we will discuss those details and more. There must be three or more members attending to host a class.  

Fun & High Energy

When working out with a few select people consistently that you already know or get to know it starts to feel like a mini fitness party. It makes working out more enjoyable and entertaining. It becomes something you look forward to!

Weekly Class Variety

Each class will be different than the last. This will continuously shock your body, surprising your muscles and leading to growth. This also makes it more enjoyable when you have something new to look forward to every time.

Environment

Many people aren't comfortable exercising in a room full of people they don't know. Many are, however for the ones that prefer scenery and people they are used to, in-person training is preferable. This brings a sense of comfort and familiarity.

Nutrition Guidance

We will discuss nutrition and I will give personal recommendations. Staying accountable with someone about your diet makes it harder to cheat when you have to be honest. Nutrition guidance is optional.

Stress Reduction Strategies

Working with people that have stress reduction as a goal is a common theme in my experience. I share techniques to clients that are open to it. This is optional.

Pricing

In-Person Small Group Classes are in the 45-50 minute time range and are held on specific days & times every week. The days and times for each class depend on the location everyone agrees to meet. I will communicate with everyone individually to understand their goals and workout history. In-Person Group Classes are package based.
