The first time we meet virtually we will assess your goals and why your goals are important to you. Then we perform a movement assessment for me to analyze your form, flexibility, and strength. Afterwords I will know if you would be a good fit for virtual classes or not. If so we can discuss package options.
When working out with a few select people consistently that you already know or get to know it starts to feel like a mini fitness party. It makes working out more enjoyable and entertaining. It becomes something you look forward to!
Each class will be different than the last. This will continuously shock your body, surprising your muscles and leading to growth. This also makes it more enjoyable when you have something new to look forward to every time.
One of the biggest obstacles people face in their fitness journey is traveling to the gym. With virtual training you can save time and money. Workouts can be done with minimal equipment or just body weight.

We will discuss nutrition and I will give personal recommendations. Staying accountable with someone about your diet makes it harder to cheat when you have to be honest. Nutrition guidance is optional.
Working with people that have stress reduction as a goal is a common theme. I share techniques to clients that are open to it. This is optional.
Virtual group classes are in the 45-50 minute range and are held on specific days and times every week. The days and times for each class depend on which type of class intensity is the best fit for you and is something we discuss on a video call. Virtual Group Classes are package based.
