Individual 1-on-1 Home Training

What's Included

Teaching 1-on-1 home training in your area must be 15 miles away or less from White Plains NY. The first time meeting we will assess your goals and why your goals are important to you. Then we perform a movement assessment for me to analyze your form, flexibility, and strength. Afterwords I will know what unique program is best to reach your goals and I start creating a plan. From there we follow through with that plan every week until our goals are reached. 

Personalized Program

A high quality program includes all the information needed to reach your goals. This will be taught and practiced each week. Having a trainer put together your program gives you a step by step path and decreases chances of injury.

Weekly Sessions

Meeting with a trainer at least once a week is essential for consistency. Monitoring progress and improving on each workout is always the weekly goal. Workouts should be done with and without a trainer for best results.

PNF Stretches

At the end of each workout a "PNF" or partner stretch is included. Being stretched by someone else is more effective and easier than alone. This will help you stay flexible and prevent injury. PNF stretches are optional.

Contact Support

You will be able to reach out to me for anything through call, text, or email. We schedule appointments in person, and over the phone. This will be my personal phone number and I will respond to you asap.

Nutrition Guidance

We will discuss nutrition and I will give personal recommendations. Staying accountable with someone about your diet makes it harder to cheat when you have to be honest. Nutrition guidance is optional.

Stress Reduction Strategies

Working with people that have stress reduction as a goal is a common theme. I share techniques to clients that are open to it. This is optional.

Pricing

Individual training session pricing programs are dependent on several different factors. For me to know which program is the best fit for you we would need to do the assessment in person or on a video call. Afterwards I will recommend one of the options below. Sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes which are broken down into two different pricing categories below. Price points are negotiable.
